Food is a passion and an art for us.  It is our love of healthy eating that inspired these tools. All of our product lines have been tested in our own kitchen first.

Annie's Kitchen is a husband-wife team. My wife, Diana (known as Annie in the family) is our design expert.  She grew up in the family restaurant working in all roles but her favorite was being a “cook”.  In college, she earned an undergraduate degree in Nutrition.  Every design change and new product is worked on by both of us.  I learned woodworking from my father, a journeyman finish carpenter.  I learned metalworking on the job as a Chief Engineer in the Alaska high seas fishing fleet.  In college, I got my degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Annie believes that in addition to great raw materials, people eat with their eyes.  The visual beauty of your presentation ignites your sense of taste and your overall eating experience.
